    Where and what are the best kettlebell wruookts?I am stepping into one of the hardest and most rigorous wruookts available in the fitness world: kettlebell wruookts. I have talked with my cousin and he has given me a brief workout (and no doubt it is great), but where else can I locate more about daily/weekly routines with the kettlebells. How long before the actual workout starts (each day) does one need to stretch? I want to also focus on my abs. Is it best to do that in between sets? I also understand a lot of how I look depends on how I eat, but my main concern is finding the exact and right routine so I can have in front of me everyday on paper so I do not stray from it to go down my own path. Where can I find more kettlebell wruookts? I think I have the strength and conditioning. Are there also any other- ?Thanks for any extra help you can provide with understanding kettlebells.
